Initiate Your Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at any authorized freight carrier or local parcel point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
